Series of 1875 National Bank Notes
The Series of 1875 continued the First Charter period designs with minor printing changes. Like Original Series notes, they feature intricate engraving and vignettes that reflect 19th-century American artistry. Banks that received their charters during this era issued notes in denominations from $1 to $1,000, though higher denominations are exceptionally rare today.
